The main men at NBC Racing are Myles Briddon and Charles Neal.

Myles Briddon is the team manager, concentrating on all the off-track issues. Charles Neal is the Technical Director, designing and developing the car. He also works as race engineer at races.

The team also includes a very dedicated PR squad lead by Mike Breslin and others at Racing Driver Management.
